SECOND Annual KICKOFF CLASSIC Scholarship Golf Tournament

Once again, the Central Maryland Penn State Alumni Association Chapter is sponsoring their Annual Kickoff Classic Scholarship Golf Tournament to:
 
1. Raise money to endow a scholarship fund that we are establishing
2. Give our membership a different venue for networking and
3. Play a very beautiful golf course at a great price  
 
Place: Musket Ridge Golf Club, which is 10 miles west of Frederick.  This is the same venue where we held our successful tournament in 2009.

Date: Thursday, August 19, 2010. 
When: 1:00 PM (shot gun start).  Check-in will start at 11:00AM. 

Type: Captain's choice scramble.

Price: Singles are $115 for chapter members and $125 for non-members. 
Foursomes are $460 for 4 chapter members,  $500 for 4 non-members, and $480 for a mixture of chapter members and non-members.

The price includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, range balls, delicious box lunch at check-in, ice cold beverages during and after your round, Penn State golf hat, catered BBQ buffet served afterwards on the veranda at the Musket Ridge clubhouse, and competitions for awesome prizes (e.g., lowest score, longest drive, and closest to the pin). 

Remember that this benefits our scholarship fund!  So we will be selling mulligans, powershots, and raffle tickets during check-in at the course as an additional fund raiser!
